We recommend that you hang your name plaque or sign using Command 3m velcro strips for heavier items.
Lighter items can be hung using blu tac.

We can not take responsibility for damages that occur after your sign has been received or from incorrect hanging.

Although we do our best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues during transit.

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging.

We try our very best to get your orders to you in a timely manner however all items are handmade by mothers therefore have a upto 2 week turnaround time excluding transit time.
